Just a reminder that we need the following documents to process your ERC Appeal:

• Any documents that were submitted to the previous ERC provider for the filing, including quarterly wage report from 2020Q2 through 2021Q3, Form 941 for 2020Q2 through 2021Q3, and Quarterly P/L from 2019 through 2021
• Tax Form 941X which would have been used to file the ERC claim
• Any correspondence you have received from the IRS related to the ERC claim in question

Once those are submitted, our team will review everything and work on a response to the letter you have received.

When that is completed, we will send you a short questionnaire to help us confirm qualification (if you qualify via revenue decline, we can skip this step) and, if needed, we will schedule a zoom call to review everything.
